This mocktail is light, herbaceous, and perfectly balanced. It’s designed to let the botanicals of the gin shine through.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of our Premium Non-Alcoholic Gin.

  • 150 ml Quality Tonic Water (Elderflower or Mediterranean style works best).

  • 3 thin slices of fresh Cucumber.

  • A sprig of fresh Mint or Basil.

  • A squeeze of fresh Lime.

  • Plenty of ice.

Instructions (Ready in 2 Minutes)

  1. Chill your glass: Fill a large Copa or balloon glass with ice. Stir the ice to chill the glass, then strain out any excess melted water.

  2. The Base: Pour 50ml of the non-alcoholic gin over the ice. Squeeze in a touch of lime juice.

  3. The Pour: Gently pour the tonic water down a bar spoon to keep the bubbles alive and effervescent.

  4. The Garnish: Slap the mint/basil leaves between your palms (this releases the oils!) and tuck them into the glass along with the cucumber slices.
