Made from 100% organic Cabernet Blanc, this mono-cépage cuvée expresses a vibrant aromatic palette: fresh rhubarb, crisp green apple, bright citrus zest, and delicate floral notes. Its extra brut style ensures ultra-low sugar content, delivering a bone-dry, refreshing, and elegantly precise sparkling profile.

Alcohol-Free Botanical Spirit

Our Alcohol-Free Botanical Spirit is a refined alcohol-free spirit crafted from 13 carefully selected organic botanicals. Juniper berries form the aromatic backbone, while rosemary and ginger add herbal warmth and spicy depth. Bright notes from organic citrus fruits bring freshness and lift, and the remaining botanicals — a blend of roots, seeds and aromatic spices — complete its naturally complex, gourmet flavour profile. 

The recipe and production method were developed in Luxembourg with a singular goal: to create a spirit of exceptional purity and character without relying on alcohol or added sugars. Beerbusch is made through a meticulous and unique distillation process where the botanicals are distilled at low temperatures. This gentle approach preserves delicate aromas, captures the essence of every ingredient and allows the final spirit to achieve remarkable balance and clarity. 

Produced solely by distillation — never through maceration, additives or artificial flavours — Beerbusch contains less than no alcohol and has zero sugars and zero calories.
