Ingredients

  • 50 ml of our Beerbusch Non-Alcoholic Gin.

  • 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice.

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup.

  • 20ml Non-Alcoholic Crémant or Bitter Sparkling Tea fill.

Instructions (Ready in 2 Minutes)

  1. Shake everything except the Crémant or Tea with ice

  2. Fine strain in Coupette Glass with no ice.

  3. Top with Crémant or Tea.

  4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
